7 Ways to Help Ukraine in the Midst of Russian Conflict

Over the last week, many of us have spent hours on Reddit, Twitter, news sites, etc. trying to make sense of what's happening in Ukraine right now. It's really frustrating not knowing how we can help while seeing the horrible videos and pictures. One of the stories that impacted me the most was that of this young lady who posted about her experience on Instagram shortly after she watched her own mother get shot: https://twitter.com/tdolling/status/1497149657679470596

Here are 7 ways we can help Ukraine in the midst of the Ukrainian/Russian conflict:

• There are also opportunities to volunteer with the refugees heading over into neighboring countries such as Poland and Romania: https://give.unrefugees.org/220224ukr_emer_d_4983/
